Il Poggio Rosso, is deeply rooted in the territory and aligned with local traditions, which are nevertheless interpreted with a decidedly international twist.
For a simpler form of cuisine, with more of a family spirit, the Osteria del Grigio offers interesting reinterpretations of traditional fare both at lunchtime and in the evening.
Throughout the day, the Bar Archi all'Aperto remains open for guests wishing to order a light lunch or a poolside snack.
