Orto Felice, the natural garden of the village, occupies an important place in the running of this Relais & Châteaux, involving the hotel guests and staff. Besides, this is where most of the fruit and vegetables come from which are destined for use by Executive Chef in the kitchens of San Felice.
The Orto Felice also performs a “social” function since it engages the elderly residents of the area and some disabled young people: in fact it is part of a wider project going under the name of "L'orto e l'aia nel Borgo", assisted by Sonia Belluardo a field in which four “special young people“ grow local seasonal vegetables.
